My name is Rūta Kuplā. I am a costume designer, a collector of historical garments, and the director of the costume rental company “Suit and Dress”.

I have always been interested in fashion and costume history, and for the past 25 years, I have been collecting historical clothing and building a diverse and carefully curated inventory. Today, “Suit and Dress” offers an extensive selection of 20th-century garments and accessories, serving costume designers, stylists, and anyone eager to embody a historical character.

Our collection comprises nearly 10,000 items, including evening dresses, suits, coats, shoes, accessories, and everyday workwear, with a particularly strong representation of Soviet-era clothing.
While most pieces are original, we also house several high-quality replicas made for recent historical films.
